Medical Miracles

Medical miracles have happened in the past and are happening today. A miracle is when an event has divine interventions and an extremely outstanding event occurs. A medical miracle is when a person makes a miraculous recovery from an illness or despite great odds against them, is healed.

Charles Burrows is a living medical miracle. He had a diagnosis of inoperable liver cancer in 2005. The pain he felt was like a knife stabbing his stomach and was expected to live only a month or two at the most. In preparation for his upcoming demise, he quit his job and made plans when his life began to change. About six months after his first diagnosis, he noticed the swell was going down in his abdominal area. His daughter took him to a different doctor who was unable to find his tumor. He went back to his original doctor who had previously diagnosed him and was found to be cancer free. Where the tumor was is now just empty space. A real medical miracle indeed.

Another medical miracle happened to a man named Andrew Kakepetum. His illness began in his pancreas and was finally diagnosed with galloping cancer. Radiation was the treatment suggested. Andrew, his family, and pastor began praying for a miraculous healing. Another trip was taken to his doctor where he was given a clean bill of health. No cancer was found. Another miraculous healing with no trace of cancer found at all in his body.

Medical miracles happen as these two cancer survivors can attest. Miraculous recovery from cancer is possible, even though it is against the odds.
