Health Miracles

For those who believe in God, most believe that miracles do happen; especially in the field of medicine. Health miracles are miracles that spontaneously cure a medical condition or illness that cannot be explained by physicians. Doctors may have a hard time explaining any sudden healing; especially if they were not anticipating it. Many doctors may have a hard time calling certain spontaneous recoveries a miracle, but for those that were doing the suffering, to them it is a miracle.

Most faiths believe that people can be healed by God. There have been many stories of people having either a chronic illness, or a terminal illness, and suddenly their problems and illness disappears. Sudden recoveries still amaze many doctors. They may be hesitant to call a spontaneous recovery a miracle, but it definitely makes them question it. Many doctors will try to find a logical reason for someone suddenly getting better; especially if they were diagnosed with something such as terminal cancer. When they can find no good answer, some doctors have been known to chart the phenomenon as a miracle. Miracles happen everyday in so many ways, but for many people who believe in God, it seems to be the health related miracles that really stand out. When a person who believes in God gets ill, the first thing friends and family members start to do is pray for a miracle.

Health miracles have been followed since the beginning of time. The Bible talks of Jesus healing the blind man and making the lame man walk. The Bible is full of health miracles and although they are not as open as they were in the Bible, to many people, they are still happening all around us today.
