One member of the group recommended that they try rubbing the belly of a Buddha statue for good luck. They ended up winning over 200 million dollars. Split 100 ways, they each received 1.4 million dollars after taxes were taken out.

One man from Connecticut had been laid off from his job for a while when his lottery miracle occurred. Things were getting more difficult at home. He was out of money and unable to pay his bills. He was already happy when he won the Powerball lottery for 200,000 dollars. But to his great surprise, the game had changed and he actually won five times more, giving him 1,000,000 dollars in winnings.

Another story of a lottery miracle concerns a woman in Colorado, who was in a severe automobile accident and had to be put into a medically-induced coma for one month. After she recovered, she decided to stop at a 7-11 store and buy a scratch card. She won 25,000 dollars. She was so happy that she gave a portion of her winnings to the store attendant that she bought the ticket from.

A mother of seven from British Columbia, who drove her own catering truck and worked a second job, won 12.6 million dollars from the lottery. Just days before her win, she said that she had prayed for a miracle to help with her finances.
