Trust and Believe

A story recounts a woman who had terminal bone cancer. As with many diseases, when symptoms first appear the medical profession has difficulty identifying the source. With this patient, the bone in her arm was almost eaten away before cancer was diagnosed. This cancer continued to progress through her body. She was in constant pain to the extent that in time the strongest pain medications offered no relief. A friend invited her to attend a conference led by Katherine Kuhlman, which was 400 miles away. Plans were made for the trip. As the session began, amidst much prayer, Katherine claimed that healing would only occur through Gods power and an individual’s belief in God. This woman prayed as she never prayed before filled and was with hope. Suddenly, she was filled with intense heat and as she walked to the stage, she realized that she no longer had any pain. Her mission now is to proclaim and praise God.

Another story is of a simple minister who was led by God to raise a child that had been dead for four and one half hours. He ministers in a very primitive area and people often use their warlocks and spiritualists to pray for healing for the sick. So he began to pray. Eventually, the little boy's heart started beating. The minister then picked the child up and gave him to his mother, just as Jesus had done as recorded in the Scriptures.
